Mentoring is a valuable development path led by an expert, known as a mentor. This experienced professional helps the client to develop specific skills, orienting him towards defined goals. The mentor uses his vision and perspective to advise the client through a two-way dialogue, strengthening learning and trust.
Mentoring makes the client more and more autonomous in overcoming personal challenges, providing serenity and determination. Our approach to mentoring is focusing on the personal growth, not on creating addiction to the mentor, whose role is to accelerate and facilitate the journey.
